I forgot my username or password. What do I do now?

In order to reset your password, please use the "Forgot Password" feature on the home page. If you have any trouble with password resetting, please contact us. Make sure to include both hyphens when entering your account number. There is a limit of 20 characters for user name.

Why does the Anoka Municipal Utility enforce a minimum length on passwords?
